Deja is always finding different activities that she can do both inside and outside. She loves being in the mountains, planning and designing for events (She is starting an event decor business), and writing. She has worked in both clinical and educational settings with students ages 3-15 for the past five or so years. She has primarily worked with children with behavioral disorders. She is currently studying and continuing supervision for her BCBA. She is passionate about finding different ways in which to incorporate ABA as she feels it can be a bit rigid in its expectations and procedures. She chose to work for Elizabeth Academy because of their desire to maintain a safe, inclusive environment that enables curiosity and individuality in each student to be the driving factor of their success.
